By using Formalva Washcraft, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational content

Courses provide general educational guidance about vehicle washing. They do not replace manufacturer instructions, local environmental rules, professional judgment, or safe operating practices.

3. Purchases and demonstration cart

The current cart and checkout interface is a demonstration without payment processing or server-side order fulfillment. Displayed prices are educational catalog examples unless a separate written purchase agreement states otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, copy protected course materials for redistribution, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual property

Formalva Washcraft owns or licenses the site design, written lessons, brand elements, and catalog content. Personal, non-commercial learning use does not transfer ownership.

6. No guarantees

We aim for accurate and useful education but do not guarantee a particular cosmetic result, business outcome, or suitability for every vehicle, product, climate, or surface.

7. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Formalva Washcraft is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of general educational information. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date.
